one thing i don&#039;t understand yet that why Microsoft and Yahoo is not according to Google ? most of the time my website on 1st page of google for specific term and when i check on Microsoft and Yahoo then some time website not found in top 100 results and sometime under top 50 but the question is what is the difference and how to maintain same position on 3 of it ?</description>

The idea that Google is untouchable is not for certain, however, they are not the type of company that you would want to face head-on. Like you noted in your comment, certain aspects, like Google Answers fell victim to Yahoo!, and with the additional R&amp;D and resources that a merger of this scale, they might have a real shot at dethroning the king of search, Google.
